The new appointee assumes the role of studio head at the development studio following the dismissal of former leader Michael Condrey, who was reportedly let go due to the game's underwhelming initial reveal last fall.
Recently, 2K president David Ismailer updated team members about this decision through an official communication, which highlighted that early feedback sessions had revealed the need for a more defined vision.
Ismailer noted that the team is now overhauling Project Ethos with a refreshed vision, aiming to satisfy player expectations.
